The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee will work with the analysis from this report and the disaggregated data by demographics to evaluate progress towards our DEI 6 Focus Areas: Communication, Community Partnerships, Education & Training, Environment, Leadership Development, and Representation.

COVID-19 Reporting Form (Students)

We take your health and safety seriously at Columbia College. If you don’t feel well enough to attend class and suspect you might have COVID-19 please know you are not alone and the College is able to assist you.

Please complete our COVID-19 Form if:

  • You’ve tested positive (We can reach out to your professors for you. Inform members of the Columbia College community you had direct contact with as confidentially as possible );
  • You need assistance finding a COVID-19 testing site;
  • You’ve been exposed to someone with COVID-19 ; or
  • You are experiencing any of the following symptoms:

Cough, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, muscle pain, shortness of breath or problem breathing, chills, fever, runny nose, diarrhea, feeling nauseous or vomiting, feeling tired, headache, and poor appetite.

You will receive a response after submitting your form. Thank you in advance for allowing us to assist you.

Spring tuition & fees are due by 3:00 pm on Wednesday, January 5, 2022.

Any student with an unsettled balance prior to the start of their class(es) is subject to deregistration; meaning their registration will be cancelled and they will no longer be enrolled at Columbia College.


Upcoming term account settlement options:


All student accounts must be settled to attend classes or move into residence halls.  

Please note that it may take up to 2 business days after you register for the charges to show on your statement.


Students should review their class start dates for the upcoming semester(s) and be sure to have any balance settled before the deregistration deadline. After the deadline, any outstanding balance will result in deregistration from any future courses.
