COVID-19 Reporting Form (Students)

We take your health and safety seriously at Columbia College. If you don’t feel well enough to attend class and suspect you might have COVID-19 please know you are not alone and the College is able to assist you.

Please complete our COVID-19 Form if:

  • You’ve tested positive (We can reach out to your professors for you. Inform members of the Columbia College community you had direct contact with as confidentially as possible );
  • You need assistance finding a COVID-19 testing site;
  • You’ve been exposed to someone with COVID-19 ; or
  • You are experiencing any of the following symptoms:

Cough, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, muscle pain, shortness of breath or problem breathing, chills, fever, runny nose, diarrhea, feeling nauseous or vomiting, feeling tired, headache, and poor appetite.

You will receive a response shortly after submitting your form. Thank you in advance for allowing us to assist you.

Spring 2021 Opening of the Semester for Undergraduate Day & Evening College Students

Undergraduate Day and Evening students, please be mindful of the reminders below to ensure you have a successful start to the spring semester.


·         Friday, January 8: All past due balances and Spring 2021 semester charges must be paid or arrangements must be made with the Tuition Accounts office by this date. Contact the office by email at or by phone at 803-786-3620.


·         Sunday, January 10: Residential Students Only- Students living in the residence halls, will Check-In at Edens Library between 9:00am-1:00pm. You must come at the time you signed up for with the Office of Residence Life & Housing. Temperature checks will be taken. Commuter students do not need to attend.


·         Monday, January 11: The first day of class for all Undergraduate Day and Evening College students is on Monday, January 11. Please check your class schedule for your class times and mode of delivery.


All students should reference the Undergraduate Academic Calendar for important dates.

Columbia College uses Canvas for all of its classes.
