Help needed for local after school program
If you're interested in working with kids, the Gable Oaks after school program is in need of enthusiastic volunteers Monday through Friday to help elementary kids with homework, team building, crafts, etc.
A bus is available to pick you up from campus at 2:15 pm any day of the week, take you to the program site, and bring you back before 5:30 pm. If you're interested or would like to know more, please email lfleming@columbiasc.edu.

Applications for the 2019 internship program at the J. Marion Sims Foundation are now available! They are looking for strong candidates to work in the Lancaster County community during a 10-week period this summer.
The Foundation was founded in 1995 with the goal of strengthening and transforming the health and wellness of Lancaster, Fort Lawn, and Great Falls, South Carolina.
Interns will have the opportunity to experience philanthropy first-hand, working in marketing and public relations, community engagement, program administration, planning, data analysis and research. To learn more about the internship, visit www.jmsims.org/simterns.

First Citizen's Bank has established a summer internship program. The program is designed to provide an opportunity for incumbents to apply mortgage operations while delivering tangible value to our mortgage team, as well as gaining valuable work experience. Interns will gain an understanding of the Bank's overall mortgage operations. Each intern will be engaged and exposed to various facets of the mortgage operations department during their internship experience. To enhance the retail services intern experience, each intern is assigned a manager, and an Intern Coordinator, who will help facilitate a broader view of the intern's role within the Bank.
