August 20, 2024 – Dr. Carole Sox, Chair of the Business Program (Columbia College), and Dr. Sheryl Kline, Deputy Dean of Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics and the Aramark Chaired Professor in the Department of Hospitality and Sport Business Management (University of Delaware), contributed a chapter to the newly released book, “Mentoring in STEM Through a Female Identity Lens: Heroes Make a Difference for Women.”  While the focus of research for Dr. Sox and Dr. Kline has been mentoring and sponsoring relationships for women, specifically in the hospitality industry, they expanded their focus to contribute to this text.
