Description

The final course in concentration emphasizes the development of organizational structures and cultures that promote long-term resilience. Students will investigate designing resilient organizational structures and processes, developing a resilience-oriented corporate culture, leadership strategies for promoting resilience, innovation and adaptability in resilient organizations and collaborative approaches to resilience (e.g., supply chain resilience, community resilience). Through a combination of lectures, case discussions, and group projects, students will learn to embed resilience thinking into all aspects of organizational life, preparing them to lead resilient and sustainable businesses in an uncertain future.
