Description
This course provides students an appplied opportunity to work with others with the goal of developing a vision for change with measurable outcomes. Project planning, project implementation and adaptability in work plan and workplace climate and assessment will be a focus. Agility, team collaborations, talent development, and advocating for self and others will be discussed.
