Advanced Quality & Performance Improvement in Healthcare Organizations This course is an examination of how Quality underpins good patient care and how every member of the patient’s care team is involved in supporting quality improvement. A discussion of real-world examples and the quality improvement tools to address them will be provided with a discussion of how the care team knows if a change in systems has a positive effect on the patient’s health quality outcomes.
