Description
This course focuses on how narrative or media content is presented within a particular category, format, or structure such as stories, novels, poetry, drama, and essays in addition to television, film, and webcast. Examples include critical interpretation and cultural analysis of anime/manga, American poetry, British novel, science fiction, pulp fiction, revenge tragedies, and murder mysteries. Students may take ENG 310 more than once as long as the subject focus differs each time.
