This course examines strategies for creating supportive and effective learning environments that promote students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional growth. Candidates explore multi-tier systems of supports that include restorative, social-emotional, and trauma-informed approaches to student engagement and discipline, analyze classroom dynamics, and develop practical plans to establish structured, safe, and empowering spaces for all learners.
