Description
The practicum is one of the field experiences in school administration and provides significant opportunities for the administrative candidate to practice and further develop skills gained in the program. The practicum is done under the guidance of a mentor principal. Students must plan to get multiple experiences in schools in other demographics than their current placement. The internship is planned and guided cooperatively by the institution and school district personnel.
