Description
This is a one semester course covering general, organic and biochemistry. The course covers aspects of general chemistry including atomic structure, bonding and equilibria, a brief introduction to organic chemistry including physical properties and representative reactions of common functional groups and finally provides an overview of the chemistry of the major classes of biomolecules and metabolism.
