Description
This course empowers leaders to drive effective change toward community and sustainability. Students explore individual change leadership skills across various organizational contexts—education, business, government, non-profits, churches, and communities. It examines what sustainable change leadership entails and develops students' related competencies, strategies, and capabilities. The course addresses personal, interpersonal, organizational, and infrastructural dimensions of change. Through a real-life change leadership project of their choice, students gain experiential knowledge of sustainable community leadership.
