This course is designed to introduce undergraduate students to the fundamental principles of leadership within the hospitality industry. It focuses on leadership theories, styles, strategies, and the application of leadership in managing hospitality operations. Emphasis is placed on developing the essential skills required for effective leadership, including communication, team-building, decision-making, and conflict resolution. The course also explores ethical leadership and the impact of leadership on organizational culture and customer service.
