Description
In this course, teacher candidates will focus on the education, cognitive, physical, linguistic, social and emotional characteristics of persons with mild to moderate disabilities. Teacher candidates will demonstrate knowledge and skills related to referring, evaluating, making eligibility decisions, and creating individualized education programs based on specific learning needs.
