Description

Students will explore how both followership and mentorship is a vital aspect of leadership. Through learning exercises that allow reflection of experiences, students will hone-in on their leadership abilities and will become stronger followers and mentors. At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to recognize followership and mentorship traits, propose a workplace mentorship program, and support proposal with research-based findings.
