Description
This course provides a theoretical framework for the practice of ethical leadership in organizations, while leading to the application of theory and best practices. Through the exploration of theory in ethical dealings and moral leadership, students use critical thinking skills to both identify and remedy ethical issues encountered in organizational settings and interactions.
