Description
In this course, students will explore organizational issues related to inclusivity, communication, and ethics and how to effectively lead themselves and others by developing a better understanding of the nature and dynamics of organizational behaviors that impact organizational performance and effectiveness. Students will leave this course with a better understanding of ways to embrace differences, engage in crucial conversations, and lead ethically in organizations.
