Description
Engaged, resilient, leaders are needed at every level of higher education organizations. Leaders interact with a variety of individuals including students, faculty, alumni, parents, board members, and other off-campus constituents. This course examines different types of leadership, focusing on building best practice in resilient leadership. A special emphasis will be placed on organizational culture, diversity, and communicating change.
