Description
Students will learn th eimpact media has on teaching and learning. Starting with a close examination of the effects of media on social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of youth and the long-term effects on brian development, students will then analyze the impact of media on students in their classrooms. Students will learn ways to develop media literacy skills in their students to encourage critical thinking.
