Description
The internship is designed as one of the field experiences in school administration. The purpose of this internship is to provide the administrative candidate with professional experiences in an administrative role by working with a mentor principal. The goal is to provide candidates with authentic opportunities to lead a school. Students must plan to get multiple experiences in schools in other demographics than their current placement. The internship is planned and guided cooperatively by the institution and school district personnel.
