  • Results will be returned that contain all of the terms entered. For example searching for bus schedule would return anything that contains both bus and schedule in any order but not only bus or schedule by themselves.
  • Searching while you are within a course or group will return results found within that course or group. If there are no results within the course or group you will be shown results for your term from everywhere.
  • You can use + or - to include or exclude search results. For example, the search +schedule -bus will return results that contain the word schedule but not the word bus.

If a life book voucher is not used, is it added to our account balance or does it disappear?

If your life book voucher is not used or only partially used, the unused portion will be used to reduce your tuition balance. If there is no balance to reduce, it will be a credit balance to be refunded to the student. The book voucher scholarship is not lost if it is not used for books.

You should be sent an email when your refund is ready. Then your bank should receive the funds within a day or two. Usually KC says the refund is ready a day before you actually get your email because the process has been completed.
